PTR Gold Proving Grounds

This isn't hard, but the mechanics aren't too forgiving.
Play with your sound on.  You're given instructions.
All your gear gets scaled down.  Waaaay down.
The mobs don't damage you at all, but you can't stand idle.
CC is useful.
I want to try the tanking one as a hunter, but I imagine it will be tough.
