"Stay on Target" for 3.2

There are four items I want when 3.2 lands. Three are available from the Crusade daily seals:

• Argent Crusader's Tabard 50 seals
• Argent Pony Bridle 150 seals
• Champion's Deathdealer Breastplate 60 seals (but alternately some unknown number of "emblems")

The first two are convenience items. They'll make Kheldul much more self-sufficient and cut down on travel time. The third will help leveling Kheldul to 90 (if that happens) and help leveling my shaman to 80. The fourth will also help leveling my Shaman... quite greatly:

So when will 3.2 land? There's very good reasoning for it happening in September.
