@Ghostcrawler Please don't buff hunter's focus dump. PTR + T16 2pc will reduce value of special shots and homogenize specs.

@Ghostcrawler Extra damage and T16 RapidFire CD reduction on Arcane de-prioritizes the hunter "signature shots". Add it to them not AS.

@Ghostcrawler are ALL the 5.4 Hunter class changes for PvP? I don't want to lose PvE boss interrupts, dps burst and only shoot arcanes.
